Lose Fat
One of the hardest parts of shaping your butt is admittedly losing fat. I know this and most of you reading this would have already known this. This is because the human body just doesn’t like loosing its mass, fat included. It likes to put on mass and not loose it. Thats just a fact of life.
If you have to put on mass (muscle), your body will reward you with bursts of endorphins which make you feel good and happy. On the other hand if you start loosing weight your body will compensate and make you feel uncontrollably hungry, it will make you feel tired and sad which are all negatives which are extremely hard to overcome. You need the mental fortitude of a super hero to constantly loose weight and keep in a great shape.
I must admit, although I have done so many studies on loosing fat I simply could not find the method of loosing fat which did not come with all the negatives like energy loss, uncontrollable hunger and irritability.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could program the body to actually reward you if you loose fat? Imagine the surge of endorphins after a 1 hour hike, a natural high from doing something as beneficial as loosing fat.
